Embodied Yoga

Founder of Embodied Yoga

Jennifer Bhalla creates welcoming spaces for people to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and find a deeper sense of balance through movement, breath, and sound.

Her approach to yoga is grounded in the belief that wellness is not about perfection or performance, but about creating space to listen, explore, and reconnect with yourself.

Drawing inspiration from slow flow, Kundalini-inspired movement, mindful breathing, and sound healing, Jennifer offers experiences that invite you to move with intention, release tension, and cultivate a more meaningful connection between body and mind.

Through private yoga sessions, intimate group classes, sound baths, retreats, and wellness partnerships, she brings an approachable and thoughtful perspective to each experience.

Whether you are new to yoga or deepening an existing practice, Jennifer welcomes you exactly where you are.

Come as you are. Move with intention. Reconnect with yourself.

Intuitive Slow Flow

Rooted in Vinyasa, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Sivananda Hatha, my slow-flow approach weaves together intentional movement, breath, and mindful transitions. Informed by my studies in Peru and at Satchidananda Ashram, each practice is intuitive and responsive, inviting you to move with curiosity rather than follow a prescribed shape.

Pranayama | The Wisdom of Breath

Breath is an anchor to the present moment. Through pranayama, we cultivate a deeper relationship with the breath, quiet the fluctuations of the mind, and develop greater presence, steadiness, and awareness of ourselves.

Mindfulness | Befriending Yourself

Drawing from my mindfulness studies, I weave awareness into movement, inviting you to notice your sensations, emotions, and thoughts with curiosity and compassion. Rather than judging or resisting what arises, we practice befriending ourselves and cultivating a more supportive relationship with our inner experience.

Sound Therapy | The Art of Rest

Each practice closes with an immersive sound experience, using resonant instruments and vibration to invite deep rest and relaxation. Sound offers space to soften, settle the mind, release the effort of movement, and simply receive.
