Service Description
Yoga is more than a physical practice of flexibility and asanas. Jennifer Bhalla ensures you will have an experience of connecting mind + body + soul in a complete series which integrates ancient yogic philosophy, traditional styles (Sivananda Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa) with a modern approach. We will concentrate on connecting to one's Higher Self through meditation, breath work and mindfulness techniques. Each session will end with sound healing.
